What stood out for me while reading Will, his autobiography ghostwritten by Mark Manson, is that Will Smith delegates nearly everything that he can’t be the absolute best in the world at.
That means he doesn’t cook, doesn’t drive, doesn’t do his own laundry — he doesn’t do any of that stuff, because that’s not what gets him paid.
He hasn’t made like a bajillion dollars at the box office because of his culinary skills or because he can execute a perfect 3-point turn.
