I Wish I Had THIS Book Before I Built My $5K/Month Creator Business
Takeaways from The Great Rat Race Escape that’ll help you build the business of your dreams, 10X faster than I did
The Great Rat Race Escape blasphemes against the current economic religion of the world, which tries to convince people that it’s a good idea to work and slave away at jobs they hate, just so they can maybe, hopefully be free fifty years later when — and if — their investments mature, the world doesn’t explode (or implode), and they can enjoy their money from the safety of the nursing home.
That sounds like a waste of a perfectly joyous life to me, and M.J. DeMarco teaches how we can avoid that fate by starting a business and taking advantage of the internet gold rush that we’re currently experiencing.
That being said, one of the things I appreciate about him so much is that he refuses to peddle easy answers and impossible guarantees.
He says straight up that starting a business will be the hardest thing you ever do; growing it will be the second hardest thing.
Starting a business is obviously not the correct move for everyone, and I would never try to tell anyone that there’s something “wrong” with working a regular 9–5 job for your entire life.
